IGNORE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS! I'm glad I did. Other pizza place in town doesn't deliver so I ordered from Milano's. Medium 2 topping was 11 dollars, then 3 delivery fee (which the driver gets 2 of) suits me fine. I was told that it could take up to 45 minutes to get it because they had a large party going on. Ok, at least they're up front about it. Now the good part: 1. I got my pizza delivered in 20 minutes. 2. It was hot and fresh. 3. The delivery driver knew exactly where I was and was really pleasant and up front about the delivery charge and what he got out of it. He was genuinely surprised and happy when I gave him a tip. There was zero issue about delivering on the Purina property where I was at in my truck. Bottom line: ignore the bs and go enjoy a pie from Milano's! I'll definitely be ordering from here again.

The best thing you will receive at this location is the service! The owner is present majority of the time, and he makes sure to take care of you. We had 3 pizzas. 1 margarita, one cheese, and 1 veggie lovers. All of them were amazing. The cheese and the sauce complement each other perfectly, making for an amazing taste with each bite. The seating is spacious and plentiful, and we didn’t have a hard time to sit and eat comfortably. I would recommend to each and every one of my friends!

First visit. Stopped in 10 minutes before buffet ended. There were no vegetarian offerings on the buffet and no other customers. Owner offered to make pizza of my choice so I could eat at the buffet. Staff was very friendly and food was good. I'll be back.

This place was a very pleasant surprise. My wife and I were visiting a store across from here, and saw the thing about the lunch buffet. Upon entering, we were greeted by the very friendly staff. We were the first in for lunch, so they hadn't yet put the pizza out. The restaurant was super clean, had comfortable booth, and had no problem accommodating room for our newborn's car seat. Salad bar was delicious and fresh, pizza was amazing, and staff couldn't have been friendlier. Will definitely visit again.

I look forward to going to Milano's everytime I stay nearby at Blue Hills Ranch! The staff, while busy, is friendly and very nice. The cheese is generous on the pizza and there is a basic salad bar that I love to get to drench in ranch dressing.
